ENERHACK TRIPS

During the Enerhack excursions, students will have the opportunity to visit modern energy facilities, understand their technologies on site, and ask questions to representatives of energy companies.

IRU POWER PLANT

Waste incineration and producing electricity from it. Cleaning the flue gases from harmful particles. Gas block of the power plant - turbines, boilers.

TALLINN POWER PLANT

The main source of heat energy in Tallinn. Efficient combustion of wood chips in a combined heat and power generation mode. Solar panel park (on the same territory).

MUSTAMÄE COGENERATION PLANT

Prügi põletamine ja sellest elektrienergia tootmine. Suitsugaaside puhastamine kahjulikest osakestest. Elektrijaama gaasiplokk - turbiinid, katlad.

PALDISKI SOLAR AND WIND PARK

Visiting one of Estonia's largest wind farms, including access inside a wind turbine generator.

GAS STATION (KADAKA RD)

Refueling of city buses with clean fuels (natural gas, biomethane). Introduction to the technology and the bus, lecture by a representative of the city bus company and the company providing gas for the buses.

OISU BIOGAS PLANT

The primary activity of Oisu Biogas was initially the production of green electricity and heat from agricultural waste, with the generated heat used for heating the village of Oisu.
